A team of society members along with Megan our parish gardener spent the morning of Saturday 27th of April planting in Glebelands amid the turmoil of Storm Hannah.

Despite the gusty weather conditions the border adjacent to the High Street now contains newly planted shrubs and perennials.

The plants include: Caryopteris, hibiscus, holly, wigelia, buddleja, Achillea, hemerocallis, Abelia and Sorbus ‘ Joseph Rock’
